HOW TO BOOK
BOOKING YOUR PLACE:
To book a place at one of our events using this online booking system, you should ensure the start time of your requested event is at least 18 hours (1 day) from the time you apply, or you won’t be able to book. Please click on the appropriate option and you will be taken to a form to fill in, and then you can submit your request. You will then be sent an email acknowledging your request. This email also contains further instructions which need to be adhered to in order to pay and fully confirm your booking.
You will need to send your attendance fee in order to confirm your attendance, so please be ready to send this as soon as you receive the payment instructions. You will only have 2 hours to send your attendance fee, or the request may be cancelled and you will need to reapply. If you apply twice and do not send your attendance fee within the time period, you will find yourself suspended from being able to use the online system.
Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder for replies! And obviously the more notice you can give, the better your chances will be for securing your attendance.
Once you have booked and paid, please be patient. Confirmations are sent manually and could take a few days to be sent. Venue details, directions and instructions are usually not sent out until the night before the date of the event.

Find the date in the booking calendar
Select the relevant time on the day you wish to attend
Fill in the form and submit it
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email
Send your attendance fee within 2 hours of requesting to attend
Confirm this has been done as per the instructions in the email
Sit back and relax, if you used the correct payment details, your place is confirmed
A confirmation email will be sent, it may take a while as this is sent manually, it is not automatic.
It will often not be possible to book a space via this booking system within 18 hours of the start time of the event you wish to attend. Please get in touch via email through the website to register for the waitlist, or to enquire if there are any spaces left.
