HOW TO BOOK

BOOKING YOUR PLACE:

To book a place at one of our events using this online booking system, you should ensure the start time of your requested event is at least 18 hours (1 day) from the time you apply, or you won’t be able to book.  Please click on the appropriate event option and you will be taken to the our ticketing system to purchase your attendance ticket.

Once purchased, please forward your confirmation to the email address as instructed. Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder for replies!  And obviously the more advance notice you have, the better your chances will be for securing your attendance, because tickets often sell out.

Once you have booked and paid your place is confirmed, all that’s left to do is please be patient.  Venue details, directions and instructions are usually sent out up to the night before the date of the event.

Sit back and relax, if you used the correct payment details, your place is confirmed
A confirmation email will be sent, it may take a while as this is sent manually, it is not automatic.

SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS:

It will often not be possible to book a space via this booking system within 18 hours of the start time of the event you wish to attend. Please get in touch via email through the website to register for the waitlist, or to enquire if there are any spaces left.
