HOW TO BOOK

BOOKING QUICK-GUIDE:

1) Decide which appointment type you would like to attend.
2) Click on the appointment you wish to book, and check my availability in the calendar.
3) Choose one of the available date/time options in the calendar, fill in the form, and book the relevant appointment in the online booking system.
4) Follow the instructions in the online booking system confirmation email, check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox (this email confirms you have used the online system correctly to make you booking).
5) Send your payment. Final confirmations are only sent once full payment has been received (unless alternative arrangements have been made and confirmed).
6) Reminder: Please be patient and await your full confirmation, which will include venue details, directions and instructions, and is usuallly sent at the latest, the night prior to the date of the appointment. The earlier you make your booking, the earlier you will receive the confirmation. If you book last minute, I cannot guarantee to have the confirmation with you before midnight the night before the appointment.
7) Reminder 2: Be patient – please. I am one person doing multiple full time, very busy jobs, and I have a lot of projects on the go. If you find patience challenging, please politely email my assistant Ashley on ashley.gcleo@gmail.com. Ashley should be able to advise you.

HOW TO BOOK – LONGER EXPLANATION:

When you have decided on a date/time that is available to book in the system, then please book your slot and follow the instructions in the booking confirmation email. Be ready to send your payment before making your booking.

Your deposit/payment must be received within 4 hours of making your booking, or your booking may be cancelled in the system.

If you are undecided, then a holding deposit will hold the slot for a short time, but the full amount is required to confirm the booking.  The holding deposit is £100 per appointment, and is to be sent via bank transfer or crypto currency. The balance must be sent to fully confirm the booking.

Deposits are usually non-refundable, so please ensure you intend to go ahead with your appointment.  Please also have some alternative dates/times in mind in case we need to change.  If you are unable to send your deposit online in advance, then you will not be able to use this appointment scheduler to make your booking.  Please email directly to make your request, using the form or email address on the referral website.

MAKING YOUR BOOKING:

To book an appointment using this scheduler, you should ensure the start time of your requested appointment is at least 48 hours (2 days) from the time you apply.  Please click on the appropriate option and you will be taken to a form to fill in, and then you can submit your request.  You will then be sent an email acknowledging your request.  This email also contains further instructions which need to be adhered to in order to fully confirm your appointment.

Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder for replies!  And obviously the more notice you can give, the better your chances will be for securing an appointment.

SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS:

WITHIN 24-48 HOURS:  If the appointment you are looking at has a start time of between 24-48 hours from the time of booking, I cannot guarantee the booking will confirm if you try to use this scheduler to request an appointment.

It pays to be organised, but if for some reason you’re unable to book more than 2 days in advance, then what you are requesting is a short-notice appointment (short-notice means the start time is within the next 48 hours), so you should instead send an email to ineedtobemoreorganised@gmail.com to request a short notice appointment.

SAME DAY / WITHIN 24 HOURS:  For all appointment requests with a start time within 24 hours, you will not be able to book using this scheduler, and the discounted rates are not available – only Regular Rates apply.  As these options will not show up on this appointment scheduler, you will need to send an email to ineedtobemoreorganised@gmail.com and request a short notice appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please ensure you have read and understand the cancellation policy prior to making your booking. The cancellation policy can be found on the website.

WHY IS THIS SO LONG…

Because so many cannot seem to follow simple instructions, and many also seem to need an explanation in order to understand how to book, and too many are impatient and need reminding to be patient. You’re not ordering an item from Amazon, you’re booking an appointment with a real human who is exceptionally busy/popular (you wouldn’t want to book someone who wasn’t busy/popular, would you?).
